UNIJOS: Residents of Village Hostel compound 3, Unit 2 have been living with stench of sewage behind their windows for over a week.
According to Mr John a resident of the compound "This problem started last week Wednesday and I reported the problem to compound representative Mr Uji who promised to report this matter to the Porter in charge of Village hostel. I can't say if he reported the problem to the Porter or not."
Sleep has been taken away from the affected students as a result of the sewage stench.
Residents of the compound are calling on the appropriate authority of university to come to their aid before they all start visiting the school clinic. More Photos after the cut...
